As we continue to grow, we are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) who shares this approach to care. In this role, you will develop and manage individualized care plans while working closely with clients, families, and our care team to support each client's health and well-being.

Hours
Monday-Sunday 12-hour Night shift from 8:00 pm-8:00 am
Must work every other weekend or every third weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). 

Responsibilities 

• Work with both respiratory trach and ventilator and non-respiratory patients in the 1:1 private home setting 
• Providing high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Conducting thorough patient assessments and documenting medical histories.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assisting with critical care tasks, including airway management and acute pain management.
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes in patient conditions.
• Educating patients and families on health management and medication administration.

Qualifications

• Currently a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Minnesota 
• New Grads Welcome to Apply! We provide paid training to set you up for success.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
• Valid driver’s license 
• BLS certification required 
• Comfortable with small dog
