Paradigm Technology is hiring a Project Manager BSA/AML for our financial services client. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

Support the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of comprehensive BSA/AML policies, procedures, controls, and governance frameworks.

Plan, lead, and manage cross‑functional projects related to BSA/AML initiatives, regulatory enhancements, system implementations, and process improvements.

Assist in overseeing key components of the BSA/AML program, including customer due diligence (CDD), sanctions screening, AML monitoring, and suspicious activity reporting, ensuring timely and compliant execution.

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery of BSA/AML initiatives.

Participate in and help lead enterprise‑wide BSA/AML risk assessments, identifying and evaluating risks across products, services, customers, delivery channels, and geographic locations.

Collaborate closely with senior leadership, compliance, legal, operations, and technology partners to develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance program effectiveness and regulatory readiness.

Track project progress, prepare status reports and executive updates, and proactively address issues, risks, and resource constraints.

Support audits, regulatory exams, and model or program validations by coordinating deliverables, managing timelines, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance process efficiency, controls, and scalability within the BSA/AML program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience.

• 5+ years of related experience in BSA/AML, compliance, risk management, and/or financial crime programs.

• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting complex projects, preferably in a regulated financial services environment.
\n
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and stakeholders.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy while driving execution.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

• Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and problem‑solve in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
\n
• Familiarity with project management methodologies or tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMO frameworks) a plus.
